Reservations

All tickets purchased are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass. Your card will be charged at the time you make a reservation.

Cancellations

All reservations are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a full refund. If you cancel inside of 24 hours, the charge will be half of the scheduled activity. No shows or missing your trip time will not be refunded.

Weather of course is an exception. Island Head Watersports will call you if we are not able to run a trip.

What if we don't show up for the tour?

No show, no refund. Seats are limited. If you reserve a seat, you are responsible for the seat. Please read our cancellation policy, and thank you for being courteous with our time and gas. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.
